Our 7-Day Return Policy
You have 7 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unworn, unused, and in the same perfect condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging, including the “Girlss Roomm” pouch or box.
- You must have a receipt or proof of purchase (like your order number).
Items Not Eligible for Return
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Earrings: We cannot accept returns on earrings unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
- Final Sale Items: Any items marked as “Sale,” “Clearance,” or “Final Sale” are non-refundable.

How to Start a Return
Please follow these simple steps to initiate a return:
- Contact Us: Within 7 days of receiving your order, please email our customer care team at girlssroomm@gmail.com
- Provide Details: In your email, please include your Order Number and a clear Reason for the return. If the item is faulty, please attach a photo.
- Get Instructions: Our team will review your request and reply with detailed instructions on how to send your item back to us.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We carefully inspect every order before it ships, but mistakes can happen.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours (2 days) of receiving your delivery.

- Attach a clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item and whether your refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed. You can choose one of the following options:
- Store Credit: We can issue the full amount as a “Girlss Roomm” store credit voucher that you can use on a future purchase.
- Original Payment Method: Your refund will be sent back to your original payment source (bKash, Nagad, or Bank Card). Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, as processing times can vary.
Return Shipping
- For a standard “change of mind” return, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from it.
- For returns of damaged or incorrect items, “Girls Roomm” will cover the full cost of return shipping.
