A: We prioritize quality and longevity. Most of our jewellery is crafted from high-grade stainless steel or sterling silver with a durable 18k gold plating. 2. Will your jewellery turn my skin green or cause allergies?

A: No! We know how frustrating that is. Because we use high-quality, hypoallergenic materials like stainless steel and sterling silver, our jewellery is safe for sensitive skin and will not cause irritation or green marks.

3. How do I take care of my “Girls Roomm” jewellery?

A: To keep your pieces sparkling for years to come, we recommend the following:

  • Avoid Chemicals: Keep your jewellery away from harsh chemicals, perfumes, lotions, and hairspray.
  • Water-Resistant, Not Waterproof: Our pieces are water-resistant (you can wash your hands), but we suggest removing them before showering or swimming to protect their shine.
  • Store Safely: When you’re not wearing your jewellery, store it in the “Girls Roomm” pouch it came in or a separate, dry box to prevent scratches and tangles.
  • Clean Gently: You can clean your pieces with a soft, dry cloth.

4. How long will it take to receive my order?

A: We process orders quickly!

  • Inside Dhaka: You can expect your order within 1-2 business days.
  • Outside Dhaka: Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days.

5. What are the shipping charges?
