- After placing an order, the customer must check the product immediately in front of the delivery person.
- If there is any issue with the product, it must be reported at the time of delivery while the delivery person is still present.
- In case of any defect or incorrect product, a refund will be provided or the item will be replaced based on availability.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Once the delivery person leaves, refunds or complaints will not be accepted in any way.
- If the product is damaged or incorrect but was not checked at the time of delivery, we cannot process a refund or exchange.
- We do not offer refunds for change of mind or personal dissatisfaction after accepting the product.
